- BRV: 10% conversion (+100 BRV)
- EX: 0.1% conversion (+1.0% EX)
- AST: 0.3% conversion (+3.0% AST; 100% means a full gauge with two bars)

- Average: +20% EXP
- High (Equipment): +40% EXP
- High (Actions): +80% EXP
